I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable with twin beds and plenty of cupboard space. However, it was disappointing that the hotel was quite small for the number of rooms. The staff was accommodating but not overly friendly. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the Florence Dome and the Train Station. The dining options were basic, with not many choices. The facilities were satisfactory, but nothing stood out as exceptional.
